Report a security concern

Security concerns involving this domain should be reported promptly through established BCH Transport Operations or UCSF IT support channels.

Include the affected hostname, the time observed, a concise description, and any non-sensitive screenshots. Never include passwords, session cookies, patient information, or protected health information in a report.

Equipment Checkout uses an application-specific password. It will never ask for a UCSF MyAccess password.
